The SPS Bonafide Basic programmable switch mode power supply provides a simple user navigation interface consisting of digital encoder, high-intensity voltage and current LED displays, fault and CV/CC mode LED indicators, front panel on/off key and intuitive functional menu set.  When using external analog control and monitoring, simply adjust the dip switches to select from 0~5Vdc or 0~10Vdc control mode, connect your analog voltage signal and the unit is ready to operate.

In addition, the SPS Bonafide Basic programmable switch mode power supply comes standard with RS-232, RS-485, and USB interfaces.  Standard LabVIEW and LabWindows drivers provide simple ATE Integration, and a complete set of SCPI Commands provide flexible programmability.  Connectors are provided on the rear of the unit. Instructions for configuring are in the manual.

The SPS Bonafide Premium programmable switch mode power supply provides a complete set of front panel controls for all available features.  A multi-function keypad and an easy-to-navigate functional menu allow the user to access all settings via a simple and logical user interface.  A high-resolution VFD display is provided for display of important functions, settings, operating parameters and voltage and current measurements.

In addition, the SPS Bonafide Premium programmable switch mode power supply comes standard with RS-232, GPIB IEEE-488 RS-485, USB and Ethernet interfaces.  Standard LabVIEW and LabWindows drivers provide simple ATE Integration, and a complete set of SCPI Commands provide flexible programmability.  Connectors are provided on the rear of the unit. Instructions for configuring are in the manual.

Closed-case Calibration
With the ePower line, you’ll never have to send your programmable dc switch mode power supply back to the factory for calibration or remove dozens of screws to reach a potentiometer.  Simply follow the AMREL calibration routine using the front panel and you should be back up and running in a very short period of time (some electronic test equipment needed).   This will virtually eliminate downtime and eradicate the annual cost associated with shipping your switch mode power supply back to the factory for calibration.

Limit Protection
The SPS switch mode power supply offers limit protection for over-voltage, over-current, and over-temperature.  During an over-limit condition the output is shut down instantly to protect both the unit under power and the power supply.

Advanced Remote Fault Monitoring
