In 2001, Arcadia Police Department rolled out their mobile computing solution equipped with a ROCKY rugged laptop computer configure with a Pentium III 500Hz CPU, 12.1” Alpha Star Sunlight Readable Touchscreen, Backlit Keyboard, 128MB RAM, 6GB HDD, Internal CDPD Modem, Swappable CD ROM and FDD, Vehicle Docking with Antenna, and Window 2000 Professional. Certified at MIL-STD 810E for ruggedness, the ROCKY should give Arcadia the reliability and longevity they require.
