That's why AMREL's fully rugged computers are designed to meet MIL-STD-810F Certification.This standard ensures our rugged tablets are resistant to rain, shock, humidity, vibration, salt fog, altitude and extreme temperatures. Our ROCKY rugged tablets are also IP54 certified, making them dust and water resistant by industrial standards.

Unlike most rugged tablet computers currently on the market, our ROCKY industrial grade, fully rugged tablet computers run the full version of Microsoft Windows XP Professional – not just the tablet version. Alpha-Star™ Sunlight Readable LCD Display
Field Personnel often find themselves in extremely bright working conditions; AMREL's Alpha-Star™ sunlight readable LCD display allows users to easily view their tablet monitors regardless of lighting conditions. This 8.4" 800 x 600 LCD display is also a resistive touch-screen that allows users to easily operate tablet functions with a gloved hand or with the included stylus pen.
